Fonds consists of baptismal certificate, graduation certificates, letters of appointment, pastorals (1870-1893); diaries (1870-1886); family scrapbook, photograph albums, testimonials from Holy Cross College professors; correspondence, including letters about Orange Society disturbances (1878) and his relationship with the Benevolent Irish Society (BIS); and a copy of his last will and testament. Fonds also includes newspaper clippings and printed material related to his life.

Fonds consist of a baptismal register of Bay Bulls, Witless Bay and Tors Cove (1830-80); baptismal register of Witless Bay (1881-1915); financial records (1916-23); parish documents (1856-1922, 1996); parish boundaries (1982); and correspondence (1902-90, predominant 1945-79); Fonds also includes printed material which relates to the Parish's history and activities.

These fonds consists of parish registers of the pastoral charge and records generated by the Twillingate Pastoral Charge. The records relate to the activities of the pastoral charge and its functional bodies which include: membership, board and committee records, women's and youth groups records and finance records of the pastoral charge and recording of vital statistics.

The fonds are arranged in the following series: Baptism, Marriage and Burial Records, 1853-1979; Membership Records, 1868-1899; Board and Committee Records, 1865-1908; Education, 1875-1909 and 1912-1931; Women's Groups Records, 1939-1956; Youth Groups Records, 1930-1961; Church Histories, 1930-1961; Financial Records, 1903-1959; Annual Reports, 1974, 1984 and 1996; Publications, 1964; Miscellaneous Correspondence, 1868, 1946-1980.

Fonds consists of several volumes of sacramental registers, including baptismal registers (1833-1904,1860-1883, 1895-1922, 1895-1948) and marriage registers (1833-1904, 1860-1883). The fonds also includes correspondence (1920- 1974); financial statements (1916-1929); legal documents (1844,1880, 1950-1951); four Latin documents (1960); parish boundary decree (1985); 1 technical drawing of church property (1965); and one color photograph. As well, the fonds includes four rough sketches of church property and a sketch of the convent (1920). Other materials, such as photocopies and clippings from Roman Catholic newspaper The Monitor which reflect the history and activities of the Parish, have been added.

These fonds consists of records pertaining to the Summerford-Moreton's Harbour Pastoral Charge. The records relate to the activities of the charge and its functional bodies which included Women's Association activities, Financial Management of the pastoral charge and pastoral charge vital statistics. The majority of the records are in the form of minutes, reports, financial statements and registers.
