Series consists of statements of receipt and disbursements of the Carmanville Pastoral Charge for years 1982, 1984, 1988, 1989 and 1993 up to 1996. Also included is a listing of the Session, Stewards and Trustees Members for 1994-1996.

Fonds consist of records created by the Carmanville Pastoral Charge which includes vital statistics records and minute book and order book of Horwood school and United Church Board of Education Accounts.

Fonds is arranged in the following series: Baptism and Marriage Burial records, 1902-1938; Records, 1916-1946; Minute Book of Horwood School Board, 1917-1958; Horwood School Order Book, 1956-1962; United Church of Board of Education Accounts, 1947-1963.

Series consists of Account Book which list the members names who were connected with the Carmanville pastoral charge. It also included a listing of ministerial support and missionary subscriptions and loose collections.

Series includes: Membership Roll and List of Families, 1907-1945; Historic Roll of Church Members, 1966-1980. Also included in this series is a Revised Membership Roll for Carmanville Pastoral Charge for 1980.

Series consists of a small group of photographs. The first photograph depicts the first Methodist Church in Carmanville which was destroyed by fire in 1919, donated to the United Church Conference Archives in 1985. The next one is possibly a photograph of the first Methodist Church as it was being built. Photo # 3 is of possibly a school in the Carmanville area. The last photograph is of two women who are not identified.
