The fonds consists of papers of the Oke's Carriage Factory and Undertaking Rooms, Oke's Funeral Home, and some personal papers and correspondence belonging to John Carnell Oke and Gordon Oke. The fonds includes tax returns (1920-1924), correspondence (1913-1968), notebooks, insurance policies (1915,1950), and related records such as an Associated Funeral Directors Service membership card.

Hall, predominantly documents and correspondence which relate to Hall's various building projects, including a hospital for the insane; Rose Blanche church; St. John's Cathedral decorations; Port de Grave breakwater; Rennies Mill Road church; Queen's College chapel; various blueprints including, the Church of England boys' orphanage (circa 1936), Placentia bridge (1941), Newfoundland airport, Humber Arm dam, etc. The fonds also contains personal correspondence, a sketchbook of people, images, and landscapes, a photograph album of the Argentia Naval Air Base, a travel log, and postcards. The fonds also includes the 1835 will of John Hall and a related letter (1840).

Rennie professional appointment, correspondence with Agriculture Canada (1977), correspondence relating to property ownership (1892, 1893, 1896, 1963), record of labour book (1896-1897), documents relating to the Rennie Baking Company (1902, 1907), undated records of supplies for Rennie's Mill, sales and receipt books (1899-1900, 1956-1981), property maps of Whitbourne property for the National Defence (1742); Corner Brook Bowater's pulp and paper mill (1945); and lot of land leased to U.S.A (1942). The fonds also includes newspaper clippings relating to the Rennie businesses.
