Collection consists of short histories of confirmations (1952-1983), O.L.Q.P Parish (1958-1984, separated in two files), O.L.Q.P school (1958-1983); financial statements (1967, 1968, 1969); one letter about fund raising, and one letter about payment to the airport; 34 photographs of the church, activities and related people (one photo stored separately); newspapers clippings that include new Bishop, assignments, events, visitations to the church; minutes of Meeting Catholic Women’s League in 1985; letters by people reflecting on their work and the parish; schedules and notes of events and visitations; a guide with some notes for newcomer; a letter from the Catholic Women’s League looking for materials to make an Anniversary album; a letter from Apostolic Vicar of Labrador blessing the parish; some statistics of the population of the parish and school; short notes on the school;

The series consists of photographs and paintings that were on display in the church. Seventeen of the photographs are of rectors past and present, three images are of the old and the new church. There is an ink and wash drawing of the old church and a painting of the Anglican Cathedral in St. John's by J. W. Hayward.
