The collection is divided into the following four series (folders): Financial matters (1967, 1968, and 1969) (file 1); Statistics on Parish and school (file 2); History of the Parish and school (file 3); All the other items about the Parish (file 4)

The series consists of photographs and paintings that were on display in the church. Seventeen of the photographs are of rectors past and present, three images are of the old and the new church. There is an ink and wash drawing of the old church and a painting of the Anglican Cathedral in St. John's by J. W. Hayward.

Series consists of miscellaneous published and /or photocopied materials on the history of the Methodist Church in Newfoundland and Labrador.
