Fonds consist of records pertaining to the Topsail Pastoral Charge. These records relate to the activities of the Charge and its functional bodies. The majority of the records are in the form of minutes, financial records and annual reports and vital statistics.

Fonds consist of records relating to the functional bodies of the Humber Pastoral Charge which include various boards, committees, organizations and groups. Included are vital statistics, membership information, dedication booklets, minutes, and reports. The fonds consists of a logbook of the company with an introduction by the Chaplain, Rev. R.S. Sheppard and a record book, 1953-1968. The logbook begins March 26, 1943 and contains a detailed account of the activities of the company. On p.2 there are 8 photographs of a camp held in 1944. The final meeting recorded in the logbook was held in February, 1966. The record book contains the names of the Guides enrolled and an account of their badges etc. Instructions and advice for guides, written by Commissioner Mrs. Sullivan, is included at the back of the book.

The fonds consists of records relating to the activities of the United Church Community Centre (later known as Emmanuel House). It also includes administrative records (1938-2001) of the Community Centre, Community Centre Service League, Parents Study Club, Young Women's Club, Women's Cooperative Committee, Emmanuel House and Burry Heights Camp Committee. The fonds also consists of material (1929-1965) related to Dr. Stella Burry and miscellaneous material, which includes several photographs ([19-]-1992.

The fonds consists of textual records, scrapbooks, photographs, audio visual materials, ephemera, memorabilia, plaques, trophies and badges related to the administrative and operational history of the Girl Guides of Canada, Newfoundland Council from 1923 to 2003. The fonds is composed of 24 series arranged to reflect the organization and activities of the association.

The fonds represents the Trinity branch of the WPA in Newfoundland, and consists of two printed annual reports of the WPA, Newfoundland, 1918 and 1945, a small amount of correspondence, knitting patterns and records of material issued and work returned. There is also a file of news clippings relating to members of the armed forces from the Trinity area, including some obituaries. The fonds was assembled by Rupert Morris and contained some items which have been removed.
