Series consists of (eight only) Annual Reports/Newsletters which outline the various activities of the groups and committees which function within the pastoral charge. This includes statements of receipt and disbursements of the Charge for 1966, 1988, 1989 and 1994 and 1995.

Series consists of several booklets on the history of St. Matthew's United Church. The series includes: "100 Years - 1876-1976- United Church in Lewisporte", and "St. Matthew's United Church - Church Family Directory."

Fonds consist of records pertaining to the Lewisporte Pastoral Charge which includes Lewisporte (north side and south side), Scissors Cove (now Stanhope), Salt Pond (now Embree) and Little Burnt Bay. Glenwood and Millertown were included in the Lewisporte Mission in 1903. These records relate to the activities of the Charge and its functional bodies which include Annual Reports, Church Histories, Publications and Miscellaneous Correspondence.

Series consists of correspondence related to the Inaugural Service of the United Church Women for Lewisporte and Ordination Service held at St. Matthews's United Church in Lewisporte. This series also includes a black and white photo of St. Matthew's United Church at Lewisporte.

Series consists of newspaper clippings from the Evening Telegram and Daily News of St. John's which highlight the opening of the new St. Matthew's United Church at Lewisporte and the activities of the organizations within the pastoral charge.
