This is Algernon Willis’s journal of his voyage to Labrador from Boston from July 1 to September 5, 1864. It was transcribed by his great-granddaughter, Penelope Pendleton Beye. This typed journal is about 50 pages.

Fonds consist of annual reports, and publications relating to church history. Records are divided into two series: Series 1.0 annual reports (1937-1996) (predominant 1988-1995); Series 2.0 First United Church Publications (1935-1982).

Collection consists of photographs related to the Fishermen's Protective Union (FPU). Included are a portrait of J. H. Scammell, (1894-1940) politician and President of the FPU, photographed by S. H. Parsons & Sons, St. John's and a group photograph by Holloway of the members of the FPU, identified, who were elected as members of the Newfoundland House of Assembly in 1919.

Fonds consist of records created by the Botwood Pastoral Charge which includes vital statistics, records of various church organizations, circuit registers, minute books, financial records and annual reports.

Fonds is arranged in the following series: Baptism, Marriage and Burial Records, 1890-1963; Annual Reports, 1988, 1995 and 1996; Statement of Income and Expenditures, 1989; Publications, 1962 and 1964.

The collection consists of photographic copy negatives donated to the archives, copied from donated and borrowed photographic prints and original negatives made by THEM DAYS staff and others.

The photographs have been arranged geographically using a system involving one letter followed by a six-digit code. The letter codes are arranged north to south (A is Killinek to Ramah; Z is Forteau to L'Anse-au-Clair). Photographs from outside of Labrador but related to it are classified as "Miscellaneous". Negatives include images of Inuit, Innu, Metis, settlers, agriculture, clothing, furniture, sports, drama, housing, animals, landscapes, fishing, hunting, trapping, crafts, dwellings, tools, churches, transportation, toys and games, aviation, schools, dignitaries, visitors, medicine, International Grenfell Association, Moravian missionaries, clergy, musicians, wildlife, military installations and personnel.

The collection consists of newsclippings, articles, diagrams and notes on codtraps and nets. The collection also includes notes on the size of Labrador cod.

Fonds consists of records related to Rev. Richard David O'Donnell, including canonical documents. Fonds also includes newspaper clippings and printed material related to his life.
