Fonds consist of records relating to the functional bodies of the Humber Pastoral Charge which include various boards, committees, organizations and groups. Included are vital statistics, membership information, dedication booklets, minutes, and reports. Records are arranged in the following series: Series 1.0 Baptism, marriage, and burial records (1947-1988); series 2.0 Board and committee records (1964-1988); series 3.0 Women's groups records (1973-1986); series 4.0 Annual Reports; series 5.0 Church History.

• 37 items of printed material, mostly from the Western Star and the Humber Log, ranging in date from 1949 to 1994. This includes special Co-op supplements released by the Western Star, material from regular issues of the Western Star and the Humber Log, flyers and typewritten articles.
• 89 items of photographic material, including 14 photos used in the 1988 Co-op Golden Anniversary booklet. The photos are generally either of the Co-op premises or of Co-op personnel.
• 3 framed certificates presented to the Co-op in recognition of contribution to the community

Fonds consists of material collected, researched and produced for the architectural inventory of Corner Brook done by the Corner Brook Museum and Archives in 2004. This includes

• 119 architectural surveys for business or residential buildings on Broadway, West Street, Park Street, Main Street, or various other significant Corner Brook locations. Each survey contains a Historical Information Page with background information including date of construction, the original owner, the original use, the architect/builder, the current use and the aesthetic, scientific, cultural or spiritual significance of the location. The surveys also contain an Architectural Information Page with details on the physical features of the building, as well as a variety of other research material hat pertains to the building
• A variety of other research material not attached to a specific survey, including:
  o 4 documents containing timelines of ownership.
  o 20 documents containing the geographic coordinates of buildings researched.
  o 19 pages of photocopied newspaper material.
• 83.4MB of digital material, including images and documents used in the inventories, stored on 39 3.5” floppies and one CD-R.
• 4 recorded interviews with subject matter related to the history of buildings and businesses in Corner Brook.

Fonds consists of microfilmed records in selected series of the Colonial Office records. Reproductions of shipping returns and records related to the international marine economy predominate. Shipping returns usually detailed vessels entered and cleared, masters' names, vessel rig and tonnage, place of vessel construction and registration, owners, cargo, origins and destinations.

The fonds also includes entry books (out-going correspondence and attachments), acts ( proclamations, ordinances, colonial legislation), government gazettes (official gazettes published in the colonies), miscellanea (colonial newspapers, Blue Books of Statistics, assorted reports and memoranda), and indices and registers.

The fonds consists of records which document the work and activities of Cochrane Street United Church congregation, its boards and committees and its organizations, with the records starting in 1882.

The records consist of the administrative records of the congregation which include the Quarterly Official Board, the Boards of Session and Stewards, their committees, both standing and ad hoc, and the Board of Management starting in 1987, and its committees. The fonds also includes financial records, comprising of financial statements and reports as well as some audited reports. Also included are vital statistic records dating from the independence of the congregation in 1890 and membership records dating from 1916. Annual reports, many of which were published, are included. Women's and men's groups, youth groups, and Sunday School records are also a part of this fonds.
