Fonds consists of records related to the life and activities of Rev. John A. O'Reilly, including correspondence regarding appointments; letters between Bishop Edward Patrick Roche and Rev. O'Reilly (1919); offers celebret for other dioceses (1919); correspondence concerning health (1921); and receipts for health care in Montreal (1922-1933). The fonds also includes his manuscript, "Rome: The Capital of the Christian World (1899) as well as newspaper clippings and printed material related to his life.

Fonds consists of the business records of the J.W. Hodge branch at Change Islands and includes ledgers, journals, and other business records spanning almost 90 years of operation from the early 1870s to the end of the 1950s. It represents the records of four successive businesses that operated from the same premises during the period: William Waterman & Co.

J.W. Hodge; Lewis G. Hyde; and the Newfoundland and Labrador Export Company. Upon change in ownership, each new business assumed the records of its predecessor; thus, there is little apparent break in the records themselves. The original order has not been maintained.

Bartlett's life, including baptismal certificate, academic records from Sacred Heart Seminary, correspondence with Bishop Skinner (1953-1956), letters and telegrams of sympathy concerning his death. Fonds also includes newspaper clippings and printed material related to his life and activities.
